Recently, my uncle was being transported from one hospital to another for urgent care. During the trip, there was a moment when he became unresponsive, and I was understandably emotional given the recent loss of my mother. Sabrina and Jen acted immediately, providing lifesaving care and getting him safely to the hospital. Their calm under pressure, skill, and dedication truly made the difference.

Not only did they save his life, but their compassion toward me during such a frightening time was above and beyond anything I expected. It’s rare to find that perfect combination of professional expertise and genuine caring. I cannot thank them enough for what they did for my family.

As a nurse at one of the facilities Advanced Nurse services, I had the opportunity to witness their crew in action during a recent early-morning emergency. A patient was found unconscious from a severe diabetic episode. The crew arrived quickly and immediately began lifesaving care, administering both intramuscular and intravenous medications to raise the patient’s blood sugar. Within minutes, the patient regained consciousness. What impressed me most was not only their medical skill, but the time they took to explain everything to the patient with patience and compassion. They were courteous, attentive to every need, and treated the patient with the utmost respect. In a field where speed is essential, they balanced urgency with kindness—a combination that is rare to see. I was truly grateful to have called them and even more grateful for the exceptional care they provided.
